Your can restrict access to wp-admin by IP:

2.allow from a.b.c.d # This is your static IP
3.deny from all

One of the most important things you can do with .htaccess is blacklist IP addresses. You can do so with the following code:

15 Programs every Windows user should have

µTorrent - I’ve used a few BitTorrent programs in the past, but I love µTorrent. It’s lightweight but feature packed. If your ISP is anything like mine, just having the scheduler to download at off-peak times is a god send.
CCleaner - This has got to be one of my favourite apps of all time. Just the ability to change start up with out using the MSCONFIG promt is great, but it gets better. The default Windows uninstaller is so slow, CCleaner has it’s own programs uninstaller built in, saving a lot of time. Oh, and did I mention is also has a registry cleaner?

30+ 3 Column Wordpress Themes

One thing to keep in mind when choosing a theme is Fixed Width vs. Variable Width. Fixed Width themes are just that: a fixed set of dimensions and will show up the same in all browsers. Variable Width themes change to the dimension of the display they are being seen on; while it looks good to fill the entire screen, make sure to check extreme display sizes to see if the theme “breaks” at certain sizes.
