I have a friend who started a tooth whitening kit website and I decided to start helping him out with some of the marketing for his product with my own store peddling his goods. This has become a mainstay in my company’s existence; promoting another company’s product as good or better than they do. This marketing method, although more difficult to get into, is better for both parties.

Party A, the original seller, now has two websites that are promoting their products, 4 possible pages on Google’s front page. Party B, the power seller, gets a better percentage of the sale because he is accounting for a considerable amount of Party A’s sales. This type of situation generally works best for small shops just starting out, but I also manage one for a Wrestling Gear store called JRWrestling.

Don’t always form Affiliate Partnerships, some times it takes a storefront to generate the revenue you want. Always remember, however, its not a task for the weak. Developing a storefront design that can be used repeatedly is a start.
